I lived at Luxe Scottsdale for a year and a half and loved it. I recently moved from this property because I had a job offer further north but, I would go back in a heart beat. The new management team there is accommodating and went above and beyond to make my stay there pleasant as well as a very smooth and easy move out. Yes, before the new management team at Luxe Scottsdale, I did have some complaints here and there. Needless to say, this property has turned around and become an amazing location to live in Old Town.
As far as the apartments go, they are very new. Compared to other choices in old town, the pricing and quality is well worth it. If you are looking to looking to rent in Old Town or even in Scottsdale, I would give this place a try.
