I feel like a broken record with many of the other reviews. However, here it goes!!! Dr. Alfreda is probably one of the best doctors I have ever had as a primary care physician. His demeanor is terrific, and he is attentive and seems to really care about his patients...10 stars if I could rate. The staff seems to be getting better especially the front desk. His assistants, the X-ray technician, and his nurses in training are great. Now the negative. Almost impossible to contact directly. 95% of the time I get a voicemail. Even then they never return my calls. Finally it is difficult to get an appointment any earlier than one month in advance....sometimes two months or more. This problem is probably a testament to Dr. Alfreda's popularity. If you have patience about seeing the doctor and dealing with their answering system then Dr. Alfreda is for you.
