I was happy with this gym, until the new gymnastics director, EG. Rude, rude, rude! Signed my 2 year old up for Tumbling 2's, with the promise that it's NOT parent-tot. I love my kid, but I also want her to be independent of me. Turns out they changed it to parent-tot! They advertise that you can go to the gym while your kids work out. No you can't! Not with the younger ones at least! I am disgusted by this program and the disorganization. Despite the VERY big issue that I mentioned in my last review, I was willing to forgive the issues, but they seem to keep coming. Honestly, I am NOT impressed with most the gymnastics instructors, but they at least teach. Back to the director though. Real piece of work he is! I tell him that I didn't sign my child up for parent-tot and he tries to tell me that the class I signed her up for had always been parent-tot. Not what it said on their website! Besides that, always as in the last 2 weeks he's worked there? Again, would've been nice to get that update! Then he literally laughed in my face and walked off as I was speaking to him. FANTASTIC customer service skills. That's exactly how you handle an angry customer! Laugh in their face and walk off! Some disorganization is tolerable, but this is ridiculous!
