I wanted to give no stars but it doesn't allow me to, so had to give more than deserved - one star. My son took his truck to Just Brakes on Stephanie/215 last week for an oil change. He asked that if the fluids were topped off and he was told yes, he picked up his truck and drove home which is half a block away, so far so good. Later that day, he had to go to work at the Strip, he never made it, the truck started over heating to the point he could not drive it. He left the truck and walked to work. After work he called a tow truck because when he tried to drive it, again it overheated. He got under the truck and found that the bottom of the oil pan was soaking wet with oil. He checked the oil and there was none. He had the truck towed to Just Brakes and left it there over night. Next morning, I met him there, getting upset with him for going somewhere he was not sure whether they did a good job or not. When we were able to talk to a very rude, bald man who offended me by talking down to us, he claimed that my son's truck was old and had many leaks but he was going to go through all the motions again to check why the truck overheated. He came back 20 minutes later with the oil dip stick and miraculously, it registered that it was full. He continued to tell us that everything was wrong with the truck because it has 200,000 miles and that he tried to tell my son that but my son did not leave a phone number. I asked him why he didn't tell my son when he picked up his truck and he claimed he was out to lunch. Ok, so knowing that this guy was getting ruder by the minute, we left because he stated, he had checked all the fluids, oil, coolant, brake fluid, transmission, etc. and all was perfect. Now, just to let you know, my son parks his truck in his brand new condo in his driveway and there are no leak stains any where. Again, my son goes to work and he doesn't make it 10 miles before it starts over heating. We call our mechanic and he meets us at the truck. He finds that there was NO coolant, we had to put 3 gallons into it. We waited, he drove the truck for 10 miles and it did not over heat. He checked for leaks and lo and behold, that old truck with the 200,000 miles has no leaks! This bald guy did this on purpose! He took advantage of a young man, who took his vehicle in to be serviced in good faith and wound up that this place makes sure you will have to come in for more repairs by doing something that could have seriously ruined the truck. 3 days later still no over heating!! I am going to report this to the Attorney General so they can investigate. Beware SCAM!!!
