Fresh sushi from the assembly line is pretty tasty. They have table seating or seating up at the sushi bar.
It was unique to us. The various items would be on small plates with a majority covered to keep them warm.
We enjoyed the shrimp tempura, spicy shrimp & eel sauce sushi, salmon & cucumber sushi and much more.
The assembly line makes a big circle and the various items served are placed in groups. Most of the groups have signs identifying what they are and the main ingredients.
(tip: if you see the word "spicy" on the sign they aren't kidding)
The chefs are always looking to see which groups are being taken by customers and they'll add more.
The "chef special" signs would come around but there was nothing to identify what it was so we passed on those.
Our daughter is vegan so they will whip up something fast for her.
It's like walking into a dollar store where everything is a dollar. Except here each plate is $2 and your tab is calculated by how many of the small plates are remaining with you.
My only suggestion is for them to lower the price of the house wine. At $5.50 it might be more appropriate to have it priced at $3.50.
The customer service was outstanding. It was our first time there and one of the employees explained the system.
