I'm only in town for four weeks before I move to NYC and I wanted to get some training for my dog who I am bringing with me. Four weeks isn't a lot of time, but I figured having a set of tools to work with would help and I would continue training in NYC. I was excited to get started and I set up an appointment for in-home training. The appointment was to begin at 4pm and at 4:15pm she still had not arrived. I called to make sure they were not lost. She answered and apologized because she had a family emergency and hadn't written down my phone number so she was not able to call me and was hoping I would call her. I was understanding to the fact that family emergencies happen and are unfortunate, however, I would have sent an employee or friend to the house to let the client know in person that the appointment would need to be rescheduled. Anyway, now she has my phone number and said she would call me back that weekend (it was Thursday) to reschedule. I said sounds good and was willing to give it another shot. Needless to say, it's a week later and I have not heard from her. I was pretty disappointed.
