Poor customer service. Failed to provide quote to my wife because she might not understand. I had to come for the quote and it was high pressure sign up now sales approach. I'm glad we didn't use them because they were twice as high. At our meeting the rep wasn't prepared. He just wanted to see what other quotes I had. I asked if he could provide a quote and he made us feel like it was burden. I called the office manager and he said that it was just his style. "He is old school and doesn't like dealing with women."
