This is by far my favorite buffet in vegas. The wait is always pretty long but we were able to get in within a reasonable amount of time on a Friday. There's a lot of variety in there and the buffet itself stretches from one end to the other. This buffet is also one of the more expensive ones but I feel like the crab legs and oysters make it worth it. I like the noodle bar and raw bar the most. They also have a carving station with at least 5-6 types of meat to choose from. Aside from cold crab legs there are also steamed ones further down the line.
The desserts are okay to me but there were still a lot of choose from. I liked the cheesecake and gelato but some of the coated things like cake pops and strawberries weren't as good due to the outside layer.
