Worst pep boys ever. First time I went I didn't know I didn't need a special oil so I got the 20 dollar one. Had horrible customer service from Adam.
The second time I went I had made and appointment for today. I went in in and Adam was behind the desk. First he tells me that it would be 45 min before they can look at my car (even though I was 15 min early to my appointment). No problem o was dropping my car off. Then he asked which oil change I got I said the 20$ one. He then looked on a computer and told me they don't have a 20$ one unless you have a coupon. When i asked why I got it the last time he asked if I had a coupon. I said no then he was like well it's not 20$. So I told him i would go somewhere else.
