This is the new restaurant in the rebuilt Mountain Shadows Resort. It is beautiful with fantastic mountain views from each direction. The service is what you would expect from a new place. Eager beavers trying to please,but rarely happens. That is because of lack of training. The apps are a strong point. We liked the Tuna Tartare and Duck Confit crostini. The mains were just fair. Strangely, the Branzino tasted like Trout. And the Guinea Hen tasted like Chicken. Will try again.
