I have been a loyal customer with this dry cleaner for several years. Spent hundreds, if not thousands on dry cleaning and alterations. In the last few months the service has been going downhill. I got overcharged on several occasions. When I brought it to the attention of the lady who works the reception desk, she was not understanding or interested in making it right at all. Quality of alterations is mediocre and not worth the high price that is being charged. Perhaps there is pressure from the owner to penny pinch, but I am taking my business elsewhere.
