Came in with an iPhone 7 with a problem which has been a know issue for over a year and is a device flaw. Instead of replacing my phone they wanted to send it for repair for 7-10 days. I was able to tether it off of my work phone when I walked in but it was an expensive paperweight by the time I walked out (plus I spent $50 on Uber fares to/from). I was offered a loaner for this 7-10 day repair period, however, I'm traveling and there was no option except to return the phone back to Pittsburgh and pick my repaired phone up. I wasn't going to buy a round trip flight back to Pittsburgh a week from now to pick my phone up and drop off their loaner. That wasn't going to work. They were completely unwilling to send it to another address (you know, since I'm traveling) and the entire process made me completely rethink my relationship with Apple. Went to the Verizon store, now I'm taken care of. Bye dummies.
