I've stayed at South Point for the last couple CES conventions. Previously, we had dined at Silverado and enjoyed the experience, so we returned again this year. This go around, I have the filet with mashed potatoes, before were very delicious. I also has a salad for starters with a champagne vinaigrette dressing -- this dressing was awesome! If you are staying at the hotel, you also get a (house) bottle of wine with your meal (with coupon) -- I was expecting this to be a low-quality wine, but I really enjoyed the taste and would even buy it for home use (I think it was Rodney Strong). Great service as well!
