I will never purchase anything from this location. The customer service is horrible! Most of the employees I've encountered were really unfriendly.,including the manager. They had no patience and just wanted to end the call asap. This one associate told me that there's no way the receipt of my return done over the phone can be emailed to me while I just received one two days ago for a portion of the return. When I mentioned that, she basically just shut me off and repeated to me that it can not be done. That spoke to me on the phone with attitudes, and the experience was very unpleasant.
I've had good experience with the scottsdale store, and I went to this one thinking the experience should be the same. I was wrong and it totally wasted my time. I now have to go somewhere else to make the purchase.
