Overpriced and resembles Section 8 housing. I've lived here for well over a year and seen a huge decline in who they are renting to. If you want to live in a community where there's obvious drug deals going on right in front of your door, neighbors leaving their trash all over the ground, people banging on the door at 4am so loud it shakes your house(just happened again), and people too lazy to get out of the car and instead blaring their horn in the middle of the night, and you want to pay over $1500/month for rent with a constantly changing front office staff who have 0 interest in improving anything, then this is your place to be.
Also note, repairs are hit and miss. They have one guy that's been on a while and seems to be good, but they've had several others who will basically tell you it's not their problem, including fixing the AC in June. They only sent someone back to fix it after I threatened legal action because they have my medical conditions on file. Also note, the place seems nice, but the carpet has an unnoticeable amount of padding so it feels like walking on concrete and several parts of the floors are unstable and need repair, the fresh white paint is as cheap as it gets and looks terrible, the floors don't heat or cool evenly- keeping the ac at 72-75, the maintenance tested the 3rd floor blowing at 85 in the bedrooms, making it unbearable to sleep in the rooms during summer months and I was again told it was not their problem.... and you have to watch the maintenance people when they come to your home because they will damage your property with no consequences.
Added after reading other reviews - yes, there are lots of sketchy people, they do an insane amount of inspections and love taping letters to your door, the gate to the mall has changed keys several times with no notice locking us out, yes people park all over the place and even blocking your garage, ants and roaches are abundant in the summer and spraying is the residents responsibility, several people do not pick up their dog poop and really do leave their poor animal on the balcony all day, and there are many more issues.... overall, it's just not worth the money, it's as far from the "executive" lifestyle as it gets.
