Went in a acrylic nail removal. After the first 3 nails I asked to have them soaked first and I was told that it would take too long so I told him I didn't want them completely soaked off, just enough to make them softer and easier to take off. Since he was prying them off with no remorse. I had one stubborn nail left and he ended up cutting half way up my nail bed and of course I started bleeding. Then attempted to continue to remove the nail so I snatched my hand away and said I would take it off myself. He then offered to soak it in acetone.. which idk why that would be an option at this point considering it would burn like hell. Another technician had to come over and help him and they treated the situation like a joke. On top of everything, instead of putting it on the house they discount it by $2. In all the years I've been going to nail salons, I've never been cut during a nail removal.. my time here screams inexperienced workers. I wish I could leave zero stars.
