Remember when businesses used to care about their customers and take pride in their work? Well Sit-Well does just that, which is rare these days. We recently purchased some sofas and a sectional from the Room Store. As soon as they were delivered we knew there was trouble with the back cushions. They didn't have the proper fill/support in them. They sent someone out twice who just stuffed more hollow fill into the cushions, which only served to make the cushions stick way out into he seat cushion part. Very annoying. We didn't want to return the sofas because we had waited so long for the custom pieces and liked the overall look and fabric we were able to select.
I called Rick at Sit-Well after reading the reviews and was pleasantly surprised at how polite the folks there are. When Ed and Johnny came out to pick up the furniture to take it back to the shop and replace the hollow fill with solid foam and Dacron layers, they were professional and very polite. Ed and Johnny did FANTASTIC work, brought it back the same day, and the furniture looks better than it ever did. Now the fabric won't wear out prematurely from being over stressed!
I cannot say enough about how impressed I am to find a business that still cares about service, quality, and their customers. I give them an A+!
