Awful experience. Came in here today 4/21/16. Thought our battery was dying and came in because it was the closest place we could get to without having to push it, and asked about a new battery. They waited until AFTER installing the new battery to say "your alternator is out, wasn't the battery". Get told tough shit, pay for the new battery because we put it in your truck (I could've just driven the two blocks back home and parked it had I known it wasn't the battery) and because I couldn't afford to buy and have a new alternator installed on the spot (cost of the new battery was more than we could afford at the time) and wouldn't sign up for their credit card which they were kind of pushy about after I said "no", they told me that the warranty on my BRAND NEW battery that I didn't even NEED was going to be voided as well.
So they ripped me off for 143.00. I previously used this place exclusively when we needed tires. I will never buy tires here again and neither will any of my family and I'll be putting this on blast on social media as well. I hope it was worth the 143 bucks.
