I am back and forth between Vegas and San Francisco and my hair was in desperate need of a cut and color. I wanted to go from dark to light, but was scared of who to go to. Good thing I looked on yelp and found Rebecca at Diva! I went in for a consultation and she helped me figure out what to do with my hair. A couple days later, I went in for my color and cut. I appreciated hearing that she was thinking about it over the days how to safely and effectively do my hair. I came out a little lighter than I expected and freaked out the day after, but I just wasn't used to it. I appreciated Rebecca's assurance that I just need to get familiar with being light because I love it. I'll be back every 6 weeks even if I need to catch a flight just to get done! Also - the salon is very clean and organized. Other workers were very willing to help each other out. All the customers looked satisfied and had built relationships with their hair stylists.
