Beware Hertz Car Renters.
They will give you a car and not let you know its an upgrade. Make sure to ask if it is in the class you reserved otherwise. they dont disclose to you the up-charge per day. Its a total scam. I believe the employees are incentived on upgrades and by the time you find out about the extra charge on your credit card - its to late as you can only call hte 800 numbers and they will offer a 20% discount. Its crap - its a deception. I would not rent from this company with these kind of practices. It doesn't work in todays age. All and all - Hertz is terrible
