How does this company stay in business? They are the absolute worst with customer service and actually providing services that customers pay for. I've been on the phone with them for five consecutive days and they still can't provide me with service. They provided me with the equipment, which they determined was faulty and now they want me to pay $75 to have a technician come out and exchange the equipment. Also, over the past six years, I was told on three separate occasions that I needed to buy a new modem because they won't use my old modem. The last modem they required me to replace is only three years old! Plus, it took six Cox geniuses before anyone could figure out why my internet service wouldn't connect. OMG, I'm beside myself that this company remains in business.
