Horrible customer service! Everytime you call them you are on hold for at least 30 min. I was told they would be out to replace the water cooler because it's broken. 3 days later I am still waiting. I asked for a manger to call back, apparently they don't have one because I am still waiting for the call. We used this company at another place of employment and they were just as bad with customer service.
