Wish I could say that I felt any empathy when I had a health issue related to my training from the owners, but they immediately became defensive. I contacted the owners with my issue so that they could prevent this issue from happening to any other clients in the future. They were immediately on the defensive and seemed more concerned that I was going to sue them instead of being concerned if I was alright. So disappointed as they came highly recommended. Customer service is key in any business and this company failed miserably, not only in customer service but mostly for not being kind or coming across as they cared at all. Kristen, my trainer was the exception. She was great.
