I told them to first pre treat the collars of my shirts to make sure they get cleaned. He waited until after j pre paid to answer my question. He responded with we can't guarantee that the neck stain will come out. I told them at my previous cleaner the pre treated my shirts and the stains most of the time come out. Once again he made an excuse and said he couldn't guarantee anything. When I picked up my dry cleaning a week later, not only were my collars on all 10 shirts dirty, but the suit I took was also dirty. It's like they did nothing at all but press everything. WORSE DRY CLEANER EVER!!!! Don't waists your time or money!!!!!!!!
