Some of their employees are nice. Some need some training in how to be polite to customers. Especially this older woman with stringy strawberry blonde shoulder length hair. When a customer asks if you have something, you point them in the direction of the item, not say "if you don't see it we don't have it." And I agree with the other posters who say this store has ridiculous prices for used stuff. I did get a bargain on a dresser but only because it was 1/2 price day. They sell scuffed plates for the same price new ones at the Dollar Store. $35 for an unsigned painting?
