Beautiful displays, interesting merchandise and friendly service. This is the nicest pawn shop I have visited. My friend and I had some time to shop and we parked in front of a pawn shop. She had never been to a pawn shop, so we decided to check out this one. This shop had a lovely watch section with unique designs and a nice selection of pocket watches. It also offered a wide selection of turquoise and antique jewelry. My friend looked at a white gold and diamond band. It was priced at $150. The sales clerk offered to sell it to her at $100. She was concerned about ascertaining the authenticity of the materials. I was interested in a pair of gold aquamarine studs. They were priced at $60. They made me an offer of $50. I asked them if they would take $40 and the deal was struck. I know they are at least 14K gold because my sensitive ears were not irritated when I put them on. When I come back to Old Town, I will definitely visit this shop again. They also sell native American artifacts and old swords. It was a fun trip.
