This mall is always crowded. Always.
Parking can be a pain sometimes. If coming from Pittsburgh, go to the first exit for mall (after half price books) Turn right towards the hill which will lead you to jcpennys. Always a space there and JCP is in the middle of the mall near food court. Parking is hard to find at main entrance (LLbean, cheesecake factory ect.) You do get lucky sometime near Crate & barrel or Nordstrom.
There are many high end stores here as well as family favorites... Old navy, bath body works ect.
This mall has the best kid area. I only know BC I have a 5 year old niece. We've been to every mall play area and this ones so cool.
I do most of my retail shopping on McKnight road since all of my favs are on one stretch. Usually I hit up the mall while shopping. Not always but sometimes. :)
