The wait is long and they're cash only but their brisket taco is to DIE for. It's juicy and has the perfect burnt smoky taste and they pack so much meat in the tortilla it's quite filling. Also had the pork which was NOT quite as juicy, but dry actually, but still delicious. They let you do take out and so head over the Atlas Beer Works next door and grab a beer downstairs while you eat. It's the perfect relationship between the two stores. Also their Mac and cheese side, very delicious as well and you get a good portion of it as well.
