This is the first review I've written. I feel the need to let people know how terrible and incompetent this service is.
Wait time to talk to someone once you are a customer - 15min but usually 25min. Today I had to wait 45 minutes. Called back and this time I pressed 1 for "new customer". Someone answered within 20 seconds but then transferred me and I had to wait again as soon as I let them know I was a current customer.
Every single water delivery was wrong. Either on the wrong scheduled drop off date, the wrong amount of water, they didn't pick up the previous empty jugs, or they charged me incorrectly. I had to buy water many times in between drop offs because they never delivered on time.
I talked to customer service a minimum of 8 times. They are always rude, you always have to wait on hold for a long time, and then they still screw up your order. Service cancelled.
