Love the prices and the gym, but the way they treat you is unacceptable!
While my husband was working out with his friend, an employee, who was dressed in regular workout clothes and working out, not working and not in uniform, got in my husbands face and told him he can't train people at the gym. My husband explained that he was working out with a friend and the employee Jordan, just stood there right in his face. My husband got frustrated and told the guy to get the f out of his face then went to complain to management. The manager didn't even apologize or care, and then told my husband they were going to suspend his membership for cussing, and they also called the cops on him. The cops laughed at this pretty much. This is how they treat their customers who have been going there for over 15 years?
So many other choices for gyms, and it seems like they are too busy now to care about loosing customers so I would think twice about joining this gym. Horrible they could treat a customer like that!
