First mistake is no one being at the front desk. I was waiting for 5 minutes plus. VERY unprofessional. Even the cleaning people were looking around confused. The rooms were dirty! Pillows....furniture looked old and beat up!!! Next day, I stayed at Springfield Suites and it was PERFECT. More up to date and higher standards. I won't EVER use this hotel again.
