great makeup store, but the salon is ass. while all of the employees seem to be friendly it is obvious that many of them have a very limited knowledge on how to actually cut/dye/style hair.
seems to me like Ulta picked half of these people off the street! my teenaged granddaughter knew more about the correct developer than my stylist!!! they had multiple people working on another costumer and they were all asking each other questions! would not trust them to go anywhere near my hair again....The only woman there who seemed to be worth a damn was the head stylist Cynthia who was overall quite lovely.
As per the makeup store it is completely average, disregard any comments about 'rude' employees; it is about the same quality as any other retail store.
