I started going here in 2014 for manicures and pedicures. Karen, the manicure technician, was so rude and unfriendly. She would make fun of me and other customers to her colleagues speaking in their language. On one occasion I made it a point to let her know I had acrylics with absolutely zero acknowledgment. I thought she didn't hear me so repeated it again. Still nobody was home. The look on her face was always that she was doing you a favor by doing your nails. She had her favorites though, that was obvious by the way she smiled and hugged them when they cam in the door. The icing on the cake? When she was done doing my nails she'd just get up and walk away. No thank you, no goodbye, nothing! I stopped going altogether when my regular pedicure tech moved back to CA. If you want a great nail salon, go to Kelly's in the Safeway plaza at Alma School and Chandler Heights. It is under new management and the she is amazing!
