This review is so very overdue as George came out to clean our carpets in December, 2012. Like other reviewers, I was dubious about the five star rating from just about everyone who has reviewed him. George came out, he was on time, professional, honest, and reasonable. My carpets are well traveled with two teenage boys and two large dogs. George put life back into the carpets again without pulling them off the tack strip like so many other companies have done in the past. He also miraculously got an ugly green spot out of the middle of the carpet in one of my kid's rooms. We spoke for a long time about our carpets and also discussed furniture cleaning. He is such a nice guy and a pleasure to have in my home. I can't imagine ever using another company as long as George continues to do business. I am calling him shortly to schedule another appointment for next month.
