I have been going to "Jennifer's" office since before Dr. Smith got there! Followed them from their Mesa office, McClintock office and now the Warner office. Jennifer runs that office efficiently. Although I miss her phone messages twice a year reminding me of my appointment (I can still hear her voice in my head), I understand that technology has taken over. An email reminder on my phone is just fine. Janet has been my hygienist for years! She is awesome and always makes me laugh. I have to admit, when Dr. Bietz was approaching retirement and Dr. Smith came in, I was hesitant. My hesitation is only due to my resistance to change. Dr. Smith did not take long to win me over. Between Dr. Smith, Janet and my orthodontist Dr. Dykman, they have made my smile better than it has ever been! I get compliments on my teeth quite often. The office is always clean and I would give them 6 stars if I could because they even have "sombreros" in the bathroom! No balancing act necessary!
