I just got home from visiting this Urgent Care clinic, and I'm so glad I chose these guys.
I just had knee surgery a little over a week ago, and I started to feel like I may have picked up a bug while I was there in the hospital. With all that is going on with my leg, an infection would be a terrible thing to add to the list. So my doctors suggested getting it checked out rather than take a chance. I didn't have the energy to go all the way back to the ER of the hospital I was in for surgery, so I figured an urgent care facility near the home would be ideal.
Here is what I experienced:
Wait time up front was reasonable. A+
Staff Up Front are incredibly kind and friendly. A+
Nursing staff is thorough and good at what they do. A+
Wait time between Nurse and Doctor was reasonable. A+
Doctor was delightful and took great care of me, knew about the meds I am currently on and chose a path of treatment that was compatible with the blood thinner I'm currently on. A++
Wait time between seeing the Doctor and getting my prescriptions and such was mostly reasonable. A
So that gives them an A++++++ score from me. That's 6 +'s!
Way to go Urgent Care Extra!
