Dr. Fihn is a caring physician. He never made me feel rushed when I saw him in the office. He is personable and concerned.
Having said that, I am giving his office Dr Fihn five stars and his office one star.
Since he moved to the Durango Ave location, the physical office is far nicer. It is still virtually impossible to reach the office by telephone however. More staff should be added to handle phone calls. Waiting time is far too long.
Please answer my calls promptly! Wait times of 20 to 30 minutes are unacceptable. If the call volume is that high then extra attendants should be hired.
