Ive been to the portly piper on many occasions, and i have to say although their food is nothing spectacular, but they do have very generous portions. This is very very busy place over the evenings and weekends, so come early, or have a reservation.
Im a huge fan of their 1/2 price wings and a pint of beer, which is a great price for a night out with friends and coworkers without breaking the bank. Only downside is that since this is a sports bar, it tends to get quite loud, making conversations very hard unless you speak up.
