I went to this nail salon today with my family and had a rather pleasant experience in terms of actual service but became aware of some extremely awful customer service that transpired after I left and half of my party was still within the salon. My mother made it a point to tip before we left. One member of my party was still at the salon after we left and was TOLD that NONE of them received tips. 1) they were definitely tipped 2) REGARDLESS you don't EVER ASK for a tip, or bring it up to customers about not being tipped. How insanely rude. Even more disrespectful because they WERE tipped. Therefore, they received 20 MORE dollars in tip because the other member of my party felt bad and was made to feel as if they received nothing.
The staff was patient with my party as we took a good bit of time to service and I appreciate that but wow, will never be back or send anyone to this salon due to that allegation and trickery.
