If I could leave zero stars I would. I had an XL Uber come pick us up at my home to take 5 of us to ASU from Surprise for a football game. The cost to take us there was $60.00 for a 40 minute drive. When leaving the game Uber directed us to a pick up area. I requested another XL Uber and they told me the price would be $282.00 to take us back home. This is classic price gouging. They know we're stuck and have no choice but to pay the price in order to get home. I contacted Uber the next day and they told me that the price was fair because of the high demand in the area. BS! They were very rude and told me that when I accepted the ride that meant I agreed to the price, therefore tough shit! Never will use them again. Use Lyft!
