My husband and I purchased numerous pieces and it was all delivered in a timely manner. Karen(red) was so extremely helpful putting the right furniture in the rooms we were after. She was very helpful putting colors together and keeping me informed on other pieces I want to purchase.
The 2 young men that delivered were very professional and kind. Took time bringing in as not to damage and it all looks fabulous! Thank you all for being knowledgeable in this company and quality of the products!
Update
I have had a lot of fabric problems on my chairs. They have re done arms twice. Now have finally agreed to recover in new fabric. Also, have had problems with couch cushions. I bought xl couch with 3 cushion on bottom and they separate forming a crack to fall in. They are telling me that is normal wear for a 3 cushion couch. I will be dealing more with this now that holidays are over. My last couch I had for 17 years from another sofa company and never had any problems like this. I'm very disappointed
