Most horrible experience. 5th time repeat customer and slowly my experience has just worsen with this office. Uninformed and inexperienced reception staff, rude phone receptionist where it is not uncommon to be left on hold for 5+minutes while attempting to book a service. No privacy in the lobby. Staff yells from behind their desk to you in the waiting room to confirm your name and new patient or existing patient status. A med spa should be an intimate experience and this does not hold up to that title nor experience. This will be my 5th service and last.
