We saw John Fogerty last night at the Encore Theater. He was great. The theater was not so great. They really cheaped out on the seats in this theater, at least in the mezzanine where we sat. The seats are narrow, not deep, little legroom, and way too close together. It was very, very uncomfortable, as you're practically sitting on top of strangers. We didn't think the accoustics were that great, and the theater itself feels very plain inside compared to others around town. I had seen Showstoppers here last year, but was on the main floor. I would not look forward to seeing another show here. Also, we thought the people who worked there were not very helpful, and in some cases a bit rude and uppity. We go to lots of shows since we live in Las Vegas, and usually I'm happy with most things. We thought that this theater was below average in comfort. We did love John Fogerty, though!
