Best customer service I have ever received!
My husband and I decided to get bikes after our positive bike riding experience in Sweden. We don't know anything about bike or what types of bikes we are looking for so we just wondered into Dukes because it's close to where we live. The staff at Dukes are all very friendly, they took the time to educate us on the types of bike they offer, let us test drive the bikes and was not pushy at all. We shopped around at other bike shops and decided to come back to Dukes because we felt most welcomed and serviced. Lisa really helped us with choosing the right type and fit. She insisted on custom ordering a smaller frame for me even thought she could of just easily sold me the regular size frame she had in stock. She also made some really good suggestions on accessories with attention to cost and fashion.
Although the price is bit on the higher side, I know we are getting quality bikes and assurance of good service if I ever need to bring the bikes back. That is something I'm willing to pay extra money for.
