The Squirrel Hill location of the Exchange is the best of all! There is an incredible selection of cheap, used CDs, DVDs, video games, and even electronics like game consoles and headphones. This store in particular is indie rock heaven, and I always find the most obscure bands that I didn't think anyone had ever heard of. There's a lot of inventory, but if you have time on your hands, it's definitely worth browsing - you'll find a lot of things you never realized you needed! The staff is super-knowledgeable, and in terms of actually exchanging used media for cash/store credit, the rate is very fair.
