We visited on a Monday at lunch. There were plenty of tables and service was fine; we requested to get our ticket right after our food was delivered, and we were obliged. The infamous bacon flight is impressive, though expensive. It IS very high quality bacon--much better than what I usually get at the grocery store. The taste differences are quite noticeable. I had the strawberry chicken salad. It was the full size, and it wasn't huge.Okay, I knew this was a place known for breakfast food and bacon, and yeah, the salad was just okay. The chicken didn't have a lot of flavor and had obviously just been pulled from the fridge. It wasn't bad by any means. My husband had four pancakes. He's a guy with a big appetite, and he was defeated by these pancakes. They took up a whole platter. The sample I had was light, fluffy, and everything a pancake should be. Oink Cafe definitely knows their breakfast stuff. It's pretty far from us, but I'd be okay with visiting again if we were in the area.
