Second time I have lived here. first was great so I came back. Totally different now.
Basically it seems like a trailer park. I live upstairs because I like quiet. And have a common sense of courtesy to anyone below me. I have the WORST downstairs neighbors.
Yelling/arguing on the sidewalk, slamming doors hard enough to shake the building, literally!
They just started allowing dogs so everyone ran out and got a pit bull. Now in addition to storing trash under the stairs, they store dog poop.--YIPPEE!
Security sucks. No one enforces anything to keep place nice.
I pay association fees why??
Looks nice, layout nice, amenities are nice, Gym is nice. Such a shame, potential is there...
Not worth the aggravation.
Cant wait for lease to end
