These people made me late for my flight! Defeats the whole purpose! I booked in advance and the agent confirmed everything with me. All seemed well and I waited patiently. Nothing! Called them and they told me that it was booked the next day. WT?! I mentioned that I was now late. That complaint was ignored. I asked for the supervisor who gave me a different story- car broke down. Mmm okay
If you say so. I asked why they couldn't call to let me know. Crickets! For an airport service, they were very apathetic about making me late and they couldn't care less about trying to make things right. Odd.
