INCREDIBLE staff.
The room and hotel met expectations but the staff EXCEEDED expectations. Starting with the shuttle drivers all the way up to the assistant manager.
Everyone we interacted with was pleasant, professional and efficient. I would definitely stay here again if and when I return to Phoenix.
I truly hope Marriott acknowledges this staff; I stay at many of their properties and this is the first one I was inclined to review.
