I'm into factory tours and seek them out whenever I travel. This is my first time touring a stuffed animal factory, but this could be due to not many being made in America. The tours are free and M-F at 1pm, no advance reservations needed. The building is fairly non descript and I walked by it at first, there is a banner on the fence but there were not many cars in the parking lot.
Inside there were some good photo ops. The waiting area is a store where you can build your own stuffed animal for a fee. It appears this option is available for birthday parties. The tour itself was informative. I was amazed to find that these are hand sewn piece by piece. We had the opportunity to ask lots of questions, and it was neat to see some of the wackier stuffed animals they have made.
